When we determine a candidate is qualified for and would likely be interested in a position with one of our sector customers, we contact the candidate to obtain confirmation and then submit the candidates resume to our customer. At this point, both KSOM Consulting Services and the candidate wait for our customer to determine if they are interested in scheduling an interview. If an interview is requested, we coordinate the process with our customer. At this point in the process, our customers frequently request in-person interviews. Transportation to and from the interview is the responsibility of the candidate. Our customer makes the final decision regarding selection of candidates. If the customer decides, after a successful interview, the candidate meets their requirements, they will specify the term and establish a starting date, all facilitated through KSOM Consulting.
